Hello and welcome to Trevorry Farm in the heart of the beautiful Cornish countryside.

I have been living here for nearly 10 years having escaped from London to experience a different way of life! The farmhouse is a 250 year old stone built cottage surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped gardens and a further 28 acres of farmland used for grazing sheep and horses.

We keep chickens, ducks and doves and have a lake stocked with carp fish. Our dogs, Flo the Bearded Collie and Millie the German Pointer, keep us on our toes and keep the wildlife alert at all times!

My resident humans consist of my wonderfully patient partner Neil.

I started breeding Chinchillas and Golden Persians under my “COLEBRYLE” prefix over 25 years ago and I still use this prefix when registering these breeds, as well as my Tipped Exotics. The first cat I ever showed was a handsome Chinchilla neuter that I bred myself called Adivelo Horatio who went on to become a Premier and was my pride and joy. With the help and encouragement of some special breeders I became interested in the Golden Persian and imported Fairisles Sierra Peach from Sue Hinkle. Diane Hopcraft of the LUCKYLITE prefix nurtured my interest in Tipped Exotics. She gave me Luckylite Suzette, a Golden Exotic, and encouraged me to breed. She also let me have Luckylite Matilda just before she died and I continued to show her and make her up to Grand Champion. Diane was a very special lady, full of helpful friendly advice. She was my mentor and I still miss her today.

Since I came to live in Cornwall I have branched out into breeding Bi and Tri-colours, and Tabby and Whites. I find both the Exotics and the Persians extremely beautiful and indeed very challenging to breed and am constantly striving for perfection, not only in looks but more importantly in health and temperament.
My cats mainly live indoors if possible, but I do have an outside cattery with heated cabins to keep the residents cosy warm and outside spacious runs, so that they can get plenty of fresh air while keeping safe.

All my kittens are reared indoors ‘underfoot’ with the dogs and grandchildren and because I run a small caravan site I have plenty of visitors for them to be fussed by. By the time they are ready for their new homes they are well and truly ‘socialised’. I sometimes have kittens available for show, breeding and as pets, so if you are interested in anything you see.
